Handpainted punch bowl commemorating the internment of the German High Seas Fleet in Scapa Flow, 1918. Hand painted scene of Scapa Flow with interned ships. Dark blue base and gold rim.Painted inscription reads 'Admiral Sir David Beatty's Signal "The German Flag is to be hauled down at Sunset to-day and is not to be hoisted again without permission" 21st November 1918'.
